How a fax machine added to J&K political drama

Amidst political theatrics in J&K, the "failure" of a fax machine installed in the office of Governor Satya Pal Malik further added to the drama which eventually resulted in dissolution of the assembly. A surprised Mufti took a dig at the governor's office, wondering how it is possible that in the age of technology, the fax machine was not working.
