KCR banks on ‘lucky 6’, may call polls today

Amid high probability that Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao will recommend dissolution of the state assembly on Thursday to pave way for early elections, all ministers have been asked to be present in the capital for a cabinet meeting.
